    Hey
I posted on the carpenters forum but not got the help I required.

Flats fire door that is about 42mm thick. Problem is the lockalble mortice lock/handle, To open from the outside a yale type key. To lock/open from the inside you have a turn latch that opens/locks the door. The
tubular latch sticks and want to change this. But odd sized EG 113/114mm long overall and to the centre of the spindle hole is 95mm. Even rang locksmith, no joy.

Standard spindles overall length are about 64/75/95/125 - I need 113/114 and 95mm centre of hole.

Image below of the type of item I need. Btw, if I was to have a completely new lock/handle/latch fitted, this would not cover the existing hole in the fire door

Thanks in advance and I am desperate for help.
