    There really is nothing new about the The Guardian's story. Ever since i have been in the industry, finding good kitchen fitters has always been a problem.
    Far too many people seem to think the job only entails "fitting boxes", if that was all it took, everyone and his son would be doing it. You only have to look at and read some of the horror stories posted on here to realize that there are shedloads of cowboys out there that aren't even capable of fitting any boxes.
    I'm not shure why B&Q were mentioned in the article because they stopped fitting kitchens a few years ago.

    Good picture in that article- dump your toolboxes straight on the worktop!
