    Howdy folk.

Got myself into a bit of a pickle, looking to put a floating floor with 100m PIR into my porch.

Used a liquid screed "self leveller" that's made the surface a little more appropriate but is still far from level. I'd estimate 3-4 4mm "humps". Rather frustrating as took the care to follow the instructions exactly.

So here I am with a floor that's going to be like a rockerboard (tried it with an osb sheet)

I was wondering, given I have about 25mm to spare still, can I bed the PIR (and VB) like a shower tray? Straight on top of some cement dabs - then wait for it to go off after giving it a few gentle nudges.

Failing that I pour more of this self levelling **** and hope it does what it says on the tin :D
