    Does anyone have any advice?

I am planning on redcorating my living room. I did this 5 years ago and I had issues with mud cracking on paint. Eventually I ended up using PVA to seal walls then repainting which resolved the issue. Also had issues with plaster bubbling.

I don’t want to find myself in a similar situation again. Should I use a drywall sealer such as the gyproc dry wall sealer?. Any advice would be suggested. Heard using PVA isn’t recommended.

Ditching the Dulux emulsion and using the Johnston’s Matt Emulsion. Which I have heard good things about and after using their aqua satin range which was excellent.
