Third coat today with Leyland Matt Emulsion, patches seem to be getting worse. No issues in other rooms.
    Easiest fix ideas appreciated...

Thought this might be the case, I've painted over a week. How do I easily correct?
    Cheers

    What's this?

A dried out water stain on the ceiling that has bled through the emulsion after being reactivated by the water base paint.

have taken to strapping one of those LED head torches to my wrist to shine across newly plastered
ceilings I've been asked to paint . Shows up stuff the site halogens cant see.
Lady customers seem not to need any of this.

Best to use a stain block primer, then repaint with matt?

    Only if it's a stain.
