Place yer bets.

In your dreams, DA!

Even after this display of tactical voting by Scottish Tory/Lab/Lib , the SNP is still by far the largest party in Scotland (both in seats and votes cast).
Equally, the Conservative party still maintains a majority in parliament. (even if we have a hung parliament) ;);)

best tell both the Scottish Labour and Tory leaders not to mention they are each in same sex relationships, I suppose :D :D
And I bet they'd both want to get into wee Jimmy Krankie's underwear. :p:p:p:p:p:p:p

It's only a real 'majority' if they get the help of the DUP (and God help them then) - and let's wait to see the effect on the Irish Peace process, Sinn Fein will be ecstatic about this, I'm sure.
Mess with Irish politics at your peril, I reckon. But then Treeza is clutching at straws, whilst awaiting the 'men in grey suits, to remove her.

I can see why your bitter Lanc.

"That gave me the biggest laugh I've had in weeks!
You really don't understand politics in Scotland at all, do you? Have you studied the majorities that most SNP MPs hold at present - and opinion polls are still consistently putting them on 48% of the overall voting intentions?
Add to that the latest Rape-Clause-Ruth's attempt at obfuscation on the cuts to benefits, and if you think the Tories will replace SNP at Holyrood, then you are indeed barking. :D
There is, among Scots, a strong, inbuilt, hatred of the Tories (ever since Thatcher) and it ain't going away - because "
Now is not the time". :):)"

The point I was making was that the DUP have some quite extreme 'opinions' about LGBT issues, so it will be particularly interesting to see Ruth Davidson's accepy her new political partners.

Following the latest spats in Holyrood, I think it most unlikely that Dugdale or Davidson would ever even be allowed sight of, let alone entry to your aforementioned garment - but I suppose that pair of losers can always dream. ;) ;)

The Tory seats were won, in the main, by Labour (and Libs) tactically voting to oust SNP MPs ( following intense campaigning against the SNP, not about policies, by LibLabCons) - not because Scots have suddenly begun to love the Tories. The SNP voting numbers, overall, actually held up well.

I will now sit back and wait for the Tory/DUP coalition to begin Brexit - just a pity Labour gave us the Tory government. Unable to tell the difference nowadays (must ask DA for an explanation).

ps Do you actually think Tories have won in Scotland?

Fandabytastic btiw. Did you look towards the end of the charts and see just what the average wage of the graduate with a degree in Media Studies earned? (FYI it was the lowest amount amongst university leavers) I wonder just how much job satisfaction these people have. I wonder how much they could now be earning had they left school at 16 and found employment (together with at least 3 more years employment experience)
For what it's worth, my last P60 showed my yearly earnings at a tad under £24,000.. Not bad for wiping a***s and dealing with many distressing situations. Plus my personal job satisfaction is very high. I almost always leave work itching to get back the next day. Going home feeling that I've made a difference (and for me , that's worth more than any degree)

Good man for reading the source. I wondered whether you could, oops, I meant would (cheap shot, but I couldn't [wouldn't?] resist).

Yes, so the AVERAGE (half will be more than that) kid with a non-academic media studies degree is still worth £21K in the labour market. Better than flipping burgers, isn't it?

I'm just yanking your chain to see if you'd bark.

If you'd have asked me to pick a worthless degree I'd have picked media studies too. It's almost like a klaxon inducing answer to a QI general ignorance question.

But I suppose there are lots of companies with media strategies and social media consultants (whatever that is). They want trained people.

It's a shame we sometimes value people by their price, i.e. their salary.

FWIW I think looking after people is worth ten brand media managers even if the salary doesn't reflect that.

Did you realise that if Dugdale, the Lab leader, had not told her members to vote TORY in seats just to stop the SNP candidate (and 'gifted' 12 seats to the Tories!!) - then Corbyn could have been in No10 right now? Well played Labour, the Tory's little helpers (as usual). You must be very proud of them.

And now these proud little Labour helpers will be able to suck up the coming 'coalition of crackpots' as Theresa gets into bed with the DUP - best tell both the Scottish Labour and Tory leaders not to mention they are each in same sex relationships, I suppose :D :D

Better dreams than fantasy, pal. :)

Better dreams than fantasy, pal. :)

Where exactly is the fantasy in the SNP having by far the most seats of ANY party in Holyrood, and now, by far (again!), the most MPs in Scotland (approx 3 times the Tories, and 6 times Labour's haul).

Or does that not count as REAL, in your own little fantasy world, pal. :p :p :p

Looking at the results (compared to the last GE,) I think it's a fair bet that wee Jimmy Krankie needs new breeks.
