Hi Hope someone has some good advice for me. evening the heating will not come on; despite the pilot light being on on the digistat. We are constantly doing a factory reset to get the boiler talking to the digistat. I think it's getting fed up of us doing it as it can take up to 5 goes to get the heating on and up to an hour. Any help?? Thanks Vicky
you have answered your own question !! either the stat or reciever (or both) is faulty. first change the batteries in the stat just to alleviate that as the problem if not change them
sometimes things interfere with the frequency, a mobile phone, a dog tag, a wireless alarm/doorbell, try changing the frequency the instuctions will tell you how to do it,
It's very easy to blame the digistat, fickle beasts that they are - but it's also possible that the fault lies elsewhere - such as a siezed pump for example....... When did you last have a 'service' for that system? Lucia,
