So been to look at a job today and they are potentially having a process oven built 2.5m x2.5m x 4m deep. Needs to be at 160oC. Had to do a double take when I read the spec 217amps per Phase!!!!!! Apparently they are fitting 48 3kw elements!!!! Anyone fitted an oven with that much load before?? I suggested they use a gas one.

All it's for is a piece of 4mm plastic pipe put into a jig heated up and then removed from the jig and it retains it's shape. Will be a a conveyor system. Like a big pizza oven.
