I have recently commissioned the refurbishment of some toilets with mixer push (non-concussive) taps in the basins. Then non-concussive taps installed are stiff being very difficult to compress. The plumber has been out twice now to 'fix' the issue without any success. On his last call out he noted that it is not possible to have an easy push tap that lasts for a resalable about of time as it is part of the mechanism.

Please can you advise if difficulty pressing non-concussive taps is common with all push taps and if it is not please can someone recommend a suitable alternative non-concussive Mixer Taps tap.

    Thanks
