Had a new bathroom installed. UPVC cladding put on ceiling & sloping ceiling. Now that colder weather is here & central heating is being turned on, is the proximity of my radiator going to melt the cladding?

Honestly cant see how a radiator could possibly melt UPVC

Not going to be much heat from that little towel rail.
It isn’t a radiator really, so surprised if it heats the room

Surely that should have been a concern at the time of fitting, not now you want to turn the heating on!

Saying that, I would think it shouldn't affect the ceiling.

Is that a hair line crack in the dead center of the plastic, at the bottom where it meets the tiles ???

I was away when the bathroom was fitted & came back to the finished job. But thank you for your comments

I agree the towel rail should have been installed a tad to the left.
Just looks so much better to have clearance, if nothing else

No, it’s where the two strips of cladding join but thanks for your concern
