Radiator on plasterboard wall before plastered

    Hi why would you hang a radiator on a plasterboard wall and test the system, then drain it down take it off and plaster the wall and put it back fill it then drain again and take off to paint, other than to waste time and customer money!!!

    Help to dry the plaster out quicker ?

    Makes sense to test before skimming. Not sure why you’d do it again before painting though.

    Normally you would hang it with new valves, fill up to the valves but leave them off and leave the nuts loose so u can take the radiator off for decorating. Then after room is painted, put radiator back on and tighten nuts and fill up rad

    Sounds like a normal no project management I see daily.
