Our end-of-terrace Victorian house is rendered and is in need of a repaint. There are several minor cracks in the current render (as you would perhaps expect) which will be suitably filled. The render is not particularly smooth. What paint would you recommend which is textured, breathable (with have solid walls), easy to apply and lasts well (we live near the sea)?
No doubt about that .....SANDTEX TEXTURED, Screwfix sell the textured in White @ £32.99 for 10 litres, if you want colours maybe a Trade Supplier or one of the sheds would be best, generally colours a more expensive. Maybe of interest to you but Smooth Masonry goes a lot further for the money and stays cleaner longer mainly due to the fact that textured finishes traps the dirt.
