    Hello,

I have a pretty pokey garden with tiny workshop in. I want more space so wan to build a breeze block building at the end of my garden that is half sunken into ground with a decking area on top.

When I have seen similar designs to this built in the past a poured concrete roof has been used but for my garden there is no way a concrete mixer could access.

Does anyone have a suggestion for how or if this can be done? I wondered if because the decking would have its own frame and joists it would hold its own weight and the weight of the people on top meaning the roof could be built out of timber and sealed.

    Thanks,

    Woz

No problem having a wooden roof wih support joists designed for relevant span and loading
