    Hi,

I want to install a plinth drawers in the base cabinets. The base cabinets are currently supported by legs but to install plinth drawers I need to replace the legs with side panels. Before I do that I need to plaster and tile the floor underneath the base cabinets which would leave the cabinet unsupported whilst that’s done and set etc. Is there a way to remove the legs without ripping out all the cabinets or them collapsing?

No not really...you have to take your cabinets out... maybe not all at once - you could do the tiling in sections... like underpinning.. but why?...how you going to get in these new side panels without taking carcases out? If this was a customer request I think I'd offer to get my wand out of the van and give that a try...

How many draws are you looking to install and which exact draws, a link to the draws would be very useful.
