    Hi all,
firstly thanks for any assistance you have provided recently regarding fitting my kitchen looks really good. Will take pics once tiling is done. I have just one more question been oiling the worktops with Danish oil and it's looking really good but how do you remove oil from the glass splashbach, glass hob and chrome tap. There's not massive amounts but enough that I know about it. Thanks

Rubbing the affected areas with White Spirit on a cloth wrapped around a finger should do it. A clean plastic spreader of the kind you get with car body filler is useful as a non-scratch "helper" (bit like a synthetic thumbnail).

Be careful not to rub on the treated areas of the worktop or you will end up with a patchy finish!

I usually use paint thinners as it will remove anything, but be careful!
