Hello, I'm just after a bit of advice. I've recently bought a 3 bed semi in dire need of updating.

Currently there is a lead mains pipe, and to the bathroom fittings. And microbore piping to the rads. Boiler is a 2018 Vailant combi.

Lead needs replacing, with new bathroom plumbing. So too does the microbore and new rads throughout.

What would be a cost estimate to replace the above. Its a standard size 3 bed semi, i.e. one lounge, kitchen diner, hallway, 3 beds and 1 bath.

    Thanks in advance!

Why does the micro bore need replacing? I had a 3-bed with a Vaillant EcoTech combi through micro bore and it worked perfectly for the 12 years I lived there.

Impossible to say, so many factors that could change the price. You would need to get local plumbers to come and have a look and quote.
