    Hi all

I'm hoping this is the right forum for this question!

A conservatory was removed from the back of our house by a previous owner but the bricks were left painted and we want to get this back to bare brick. The outer layer of paint is peeling almost every where (it is coming off with a scraper or wire brush) but there is a layer underneath that won't come off. I've tried wire brushing both by hand and with a drill attachment, does anyone know the best way to strip this layer?

Pictures attached if they help, thanks in advance

Would be inclined to leave it, remove all lose flaking paint and repaint it to tidy it up......... it will never come out 100% or get the area sand blasted.

I was thinking sand blasting as a last resort, wasn't sure if there might be any chemicals that would work?
