Removing stubborn tiles

Hi all, I am redecorating our bathroom and I'm having a real hard time removing the tiles.

I removed tiles in our kitchen with no problems at all using just a hammer and bolster chisel.. took me roughly 40 minutes to do the whole kitchen.
The bathroom which is half the size of the kitchen has taken me 2 hours to remove just one row.

To remove them I am using an oscillating tool to grind out the grout, then a heat gun/steamer to soften the adhesive, and then a hammer and chisel to pry off the tile.. doing all this has also Donald Ducked the wall.

Is there anything else I can do to make this easier or to save the wall?
I was thinking maybe a chemical that could soften the grout/adhesive?

Cheers guys,
Tom.

What’s the wall made of?

If it's a plasterboard substrate or similar rip it all down and don't waste your time trying to take the tiles off. If block etc get an sds with a wide chisel bit

Three walls are brick and one is plasterboard.

As above. It’s rare you can get tiles off Pb without any damage, although I did a bathroom retile a few weeks back and the old tiles pretty much just fell off! That’s exceptionally rare. Be brave and just hack the lot off and reboard.

They fell off easily because you kept farting!!!
