    Hi all,
    Can anyone advise?

Our front door is uPVC and has two 1/2 side light/windows , Its one whole big piece. It's got that horrible mottled glass and really dates the house.

We can't afford a whole new section but I've seen second hand uPVC doors advertised. Can you fit different doors into the existing frame?

Why not just change the glass?

Doors are designed for a specific frame, be very surprised if you can find a door to go in your frame. As stevie22 says, why not look at getting the glass replaced?

That's a good idea. Although the door is kind of yellowed and old. I looked at the whole frame yesterday and it looks like it's in sections so I wonder if it could be parted from the windows? But then the cost of getting someone to do that would probably be too much anyway.

Think maybe I need door finance!
