Replacing my mechanical light switch with a smart dimmer switch

I currently have a light switch as shown in attached image.
There are 2 switches used to turn on two diferrnet light bulbs.

We plan to disconnect one of the bulb completely as we are building a partition wall and will need to ha e a separate witch for it.

So back to the switch in the photo... I wan to replace it with a smart dimmer switch. Most smart dimmer switched require a neutral to operate correctly.
Can I convert this 2 bulb switch for use with the smart dimmer switch below or will it not work,

The 3 core at the switch goes to a junction box where you will find the neutral for both lights. You can configure it to run a neutral to that switch and run a feed and switch wire to a new switch. It will need to be maintenance free if under floor boards.

Since it needs a neutral, and you don't have one at the switch, easy option is use a smart bulb.

If using a chandelier with many bulbs then run a neutral, but not worth it for a single bulb lamp.
