Afternoon all, could someone recommend a resin for threaded rod that will be securing a set of gallows brackets and that is suitable for such, and if possible doesn’t cost a fortune.

Any. Loads about but all similar. It's resin. In just a case that some set faster than others or can stand higher temperature or something. I just buy the cheapest one that fits in standard mastic gun as some don't. Bung it it and wait for it to set in a few hours. Tip. Don't get any resin on thread where nut will go so mask up and use at room temperature so don't leave resin in the winter cold

Make sure you blow all the dust out of the hole whatever make you choose.

Cheers guys, my old supplier used to just throw in some tubes whenever we bought brackets but in a different area now. Just threw me when I saw a few that said rated for medium loads

    cheers
