on a rewire do you have to fit a fan in bathroom .also do you have to fit smoke detectors as the customer does not want them

hi bert came back friday night only 2 days away.
on another note if the customer will not pay for them put it on the cert that no smokes have been put in at customer request, if you keep doing add ons the only thing that will happen is that you will go bankrupt always try to incorporate them in the price when quoting.
