Hi, there are peeling on roof top coat and thus resulted in leakage, any professional advice? I learned video on Youtube and purchased Everbuilt Blackjack waterproof coat ready to paint, but no idea whether correct or not. Thanks in advance

From the photos it looks like you're trying to waterproof OSB board by painting over it? It needs a felt layer or similar.

The felt looks very tired, Black Jack will do the job as a temporary repair, clean the roof as best you can with a stiff bristle brush and follow instructions on container.

Is it a shed roof?....if so replacement could be a better option.

Thanks Mate! Since there are some peeling already, Shall I just put another felt layer on directly or do some treatment first?
