Ive got a ryobi table saw and have been impressed with its quality and accuracy. Anyone got any experiance of their 1/2" routers?

Best mate uses one everyday being a self employed joiner. Says they are faultless and has no complaints. Think I might buy one myself lol.

    Good Luck

I have a big 1/2" ryobi and I can't fault it. Do watch out though when looking around, there are some cheaper Ryobi routers advertised as 1/2", especially those that are packaged with the router table, that on the Ryobi website these are listed as 1/4" routers that can do 'occasional 1/2" work'. I assume this means they will take a 1/2" collet but aren't really built for the loads.

I've got one of the full 1/2 inch routers - model Re600 and it has been excellent- a big, powerful and well designed tool.I think the latest model RE-601 is very similar.
