I was using my extractor yesterday with a small table saw and after a few minutes it cut out. I assumed it was the thermal cut out but it hasnt restarted after cooling down. There is no external point to reset it. Its had very little use and is only 10 months old. Any suggestions or best way to contact Scheppach Tech Support? Cheers
Have you checked the fuse? 2nd, if ok, ring supplier, is still under warranty, don't mess with it. 3rd, have you emptied it?
Swapped fuse to check, emptied before 50% full. Tech support is in Germany but have raised a ticket and awaiting a reply. Screwfix help have said they will exchange in branch or collect and swap, so thats the next job! Thanks for the reply.
