1. The Prizes are

2. A purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. To have a chance of winning one or more of the Prizes you must make a completed purchase from Screwfix using either (a) any of the 500 Screwfix trade counters throughout the UK, or (b) by calling the Screwfix contact centre or (c) at www.screwfix.com. Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw for every completed transaction where they purchase one or more products from Screwfix during the period 7.00 am (GMT) on 6 March 2017 through to 23.59 (BST) on 2 April 2017 at (“the Promotional Period”). Each additional completed transaction throughout the Promotional Period will constitute an additional separate entry.


3. If you do not wish to be entered please let us know by phoning us on 03330 112 112 or by emailing us on online@screwfix.com at any time before the relevant draw dates stated in paragraph 4.


4. On each of (a) Tuesday 14 March 17, (b) Tuesday 21 March 17 (c) Tuesday 28 March 17 and (d) Tuesday 04 April 17 10,500 winners will be randomly selected from all entrants during the previous week (12.00 am on Monday to 23.59 on Sunday) and each week those 10,500 will each win a £10 gift vouchers. All gift vouchers will be sent out together within 28 days following 4 April 2017.


5. On Tuesday 04 April 17, Screwfix will also randomly select all the winners of the other prizes and these winners will be selected from all completed orders during the Promotion Period.


6. All winners will be selected entirely at random by the Screwfix Director of Legal/Company Secretary.


7. Screwfix will attempt to notify the winners of the first five main prizes (Van, fooball tickets, Toyota accessories, Starbucks £1,000 card, and DeWalt twin kits) by phone or other contact details as soon as possible thereafter. All other prize winners will be communicated to the name and address registered on your Screwfix customer record.


8. Getting your Prize: The Gift Vouchers will be sent by email, SMS or by post (depending on the details we hold for you). All other prizes must be picked up in one of our 500 Trade Counters. The winners may have to provide proof of identity. The logistical arrangements for the top 5 Prizes will be communicated to the winners separately. Screwfix may require winners to attend a designated location at a specified time to accept the Prizes.



9. If Screwfix cannot contact the winner within two (2) weeks of the closing date or if any Prize is returned to Screwfix undelivered, this will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Screwfix however reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions for the top 5 Prizes.


10. If the Prize is not available, Screwfix reserves the right to supply such other prize as is reasonably offered of a greater or equal value. No cash or credit alternative is available and the Prize is not transferable.


11. How we will let you know if you have won: We will use the data on your customer record to contact you. Please ensure that your customer details are correct and up to date. We are not responsible for incomplete, incorrect, invalid, out of date, or unintelligible customer data that you have provided. By providing your customer details and purchasing a product from Screwfix (and hence submitting your entry) each participant declares that all information submitted at the time of purchase is true, accurate, current and complete.


12. Late entries will be disqualified. The decision of Screwfix will be final and unchallengeable and, in their absolute discretion, they may declare void any entry or the Prize Draw itself. Screwfix may also decide, in their absolute discretion, to change the rules of the Prize Draw while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or desirable to do so. Screwfix reserves the right to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances make this necessary.


13. Entries or purchases not in accordance with the Screwfix terms and conditions, or entries/purchases made after the closing date, will be disqualified. Screwfix accepts no responsibility for disqualified entries.


14. Winners agree that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the promotion without further consent or payment. In particular, Screwfix may publish the winner’s name and hometown, photographs and footage of winners with the Prize in future editions of its publications and on social media and its websites. By participating in the Prize Draw, each participant agrees to grant Screwfix and their affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, exclusive, worldwide licence to publish and broadcast and otherwise use the material in any media including the unlimited right to sub-licence. Each participant further confirms that the publishing or broadcast of such material will not breach any third party’s intellectual property or associated rights and that any necessary permissions have been obtained. You agree to indemnify Screwfix against any claims brought by a third party for breach of such rights.


15. To the full extent permissible by law, neither Screwfix nor their parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), or injuries of any kind whatsoever including personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of Screwfix, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


16. Entrants will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions upon entering the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years old and over, except for employees and their immediate families of Screwfix, their associated and affiliated companies, their agents or anyone else connected professionally with the prize draw. We are really sorry but the Prize Draw is not open to residents of Northern Ireland.


17. This Prize Draw is governed by the law of England and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the entry or interpretation of these terms and conditions. Screwfix’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Screwfix reserves the right (at their sole discretion) to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Screwfix to be disruptive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.


18. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part but Screwfix reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.


19. For the Christian name and county of residence of the Prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Company Secretary, Screwfix Direct Limited, Trade House, Mead Avenue, Yeovil BA22 8RT. Do not send entries to this address.


20. The first prize will be Toyota PROACE 2.0d medium with Comfort grade, Premium Pack and Ply lining worth £28,435.00 (incl VAT & OTR cost). Specification includes Air con 17" alloys Toyota ProTouch with Nav Smart cargo Twin sliding doors Glazed bulkhead Front fog lamps Auto power windows and mirrors Central locking Rear Parking Sensors and Ply Lining. The vehicle will come with the standard Toyota warranty. The winner must arrange their own insurance, tax, servicing, fuel etc. The final specification shall be subject to Screwfix’s final approval. Delivery of the van to the dealership is subject to manufacturer's delivery times and Screwfix estimates that the van will then take 14 weeks to be built and delivered (depending upon the specification) but this could be sooner or later. Collection of the van will be made via the winner’s local participating Toyota dealership. The winner must arrange their own motor insurance prior to taking collection of the prize. Exact delivery date and details will be confirmed with the winner.


21. The winner of the football tickets agree that:


· They will need to arrange transport to the stadium. The winner must arrange their own travel insurance. Screwfix will not be providing travel insurance or spending money or paying for additional expenses incurred by the winner at the venue, in London, in the hotel or when travelling;

· the winner is subject to the policies and terms and conditions associated with the tickets and the stadium venue. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue;

· the winner’s guests must be aged 16 years and older and accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Entry to the stadium is dependent on the winner and their guest providing evidence at the stadium on the day to verify identity and age. Any winner or guest failing to bring ID may not be admitted;

· Screwfix shall not be responsible or held liable in relation to the conduct of the winner or their guests, nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the prize; and

· Screwfix shall not be responsible or held liable in relation to any cancellation or postponement of the event, nor for any matter which is beyond their control.


22. Personal data of the winners may be passed to third party suppliers, but strictly only if required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement/enjoyment of the Prize. By entering the Prize Draw, you consent to Screwfix contacting you for the purpose of informing you that you have won a Prize (even if you have “opted out” of receiving marketing communications from Screwfix).
