Forum Support Screwfix App Discount Codes Not working ?

Is it just me ? !

Iphone with IOS 16.7.7

Latest screwfix app version
Have basket full of elidgeable items
Enter PLUMBING10 manually or copied from other screen
Click "Apply"
get spinny thing updating basket
then no error messages, no discount either !
tried multiple times over 1/2 hour
Logged in / out
closed and re-opened app
no difference
Basket stays there, no discount.

Bizarely this happened other day too and by the time i had got to my local screwfix, i went to show the helpfull staff there and it had updated itself and discount had worked
 
Check the product brands - I have several plumbing items in the basket, none from eleigible brands and it does not work.
