Well, clearly the OP knows knack all about what he is doing so in his case he best not touch wot he do not understand. However, if he was competent to do the job, he wouldn't be asking here, would he?
Ah yes but...... If he went to the B&Q he could get the correct box with everything in it to do the job and it will have instructions !!!!!! and by the way their diytips say that when running power into a shed you are not allowed to fix the cable to a brick wall !!!! only overhead or buried

Thanks for all the bits about fitting a shower and digging a trench. I do know how to wire the thing up just never used arnoured cable or buryed one before so just needed a bit of advice. Still not sure about the trench but it looks the only way to do it. How do I fit the gland things on the end of the cable???
