    Hi all
Just remkved my old wooden sill board and my plasterer has made good and filled the reveal with plasterboard but the hollow pvc sill I indent to use is now going to be very slightly above the bottom of the bead.

How much of an issue would that be if that section of the windows blew in the future and needed replacing. Could they still do it?

Depends on how tightly you secure it. Presumably you'd seal around the edge with something out of a gun. Just don't go mad with the actual glue under the board if that's how you're fixing it. Couple of dabs and the silicone sealer around the top edge where it meets the walls and window frame and it should hold well enough for normal use. Could then be easily chipped out if it gets in the way of a panel repair.
