    Hi all,

The gas fire in my lounge is fed by quite a long length of microbore pipe (10mm I think), the fire works fine (we have large rads to provide the majority of heat) but looks a bit ugly and we want a new one. Will all new fires be ok fed from this small bore pipe? It would be virtually impossible to replace the pipe.

It will be ok, but you cant change it your'self. The pipe should be connected to a shut off valve at the side of the mantel.
