Sound proof underlay solution for laminate onto floorboards

hi - I'm looking to lay laminate onto existing floorboard floor on groundfloor. Need to soundproof - impact and airborne (for a room below).

Need to get max sound proofing - airborne and impact -

Looking at possibly using two products = Vitrex Premier Wood Underlay plus a product like Timbermate Silentfloor Gold/ or Timbertech2 Acoustic Plus - I'm thinking that goes underneath the Vitrex. I.e. one foam based one rubber based.

Any advice would be very welcome! Thank you.
