Hi all, bit of a basic one, but bear in mind I'm useless at DIY. I need to hang this speedball platform on a brick garage wall. The frames through which the screws must pass are about 3cm thick and the holes are 1cm wide. What scews, rawl plug and drill bit do I need?

I still haven't refitted mine. Screw in front of me now, 8mm with hex head of 12mm.
I've fitted a number of speedballs/kickbags for customers in the past, black
metal frames, 2 to 3cm thick. The plugs are a lot thicker, find your screws then
choose plugs with smaller internal hole. I cant remember what size they were called.
The drill bit wants to be smaller diam than the plug's outside diam.
