Suitable flooring for interior conservatory with concrete slab flooring?

Our conservatory's internal and now roofed over as it got too hot. The floor is concrete slabs currently carpeted with thin wool berber carpet - had to find the thinnest as room is entered via one of three sets of bifold doors guided by runners at floor level, so flooring can't be higher than them, so there's very little wriggle room. Don't want to go to faff and expense of lifting slab and rescreeding if possible. Rooms adjoining are either Karndean or carpet.
There's no damp and never has been and would prefer tile. Is that possible over concrete slabs and are they available in thin profiles? Or is there a vinyl that really looks like tile?
Any suggestions or comments very gratefully received, with many thanks!
