Hi All. I have a single light switch controlling a pair of ceiling lights in our kitchen/diner and want to swap it for a dimmer switch. I've looked at the wiring at the back of the existing switch (see image) and would appreciate any advice on connecting the new dimmer switch. Currently, there are two brown wires going to COM and a third to the L1, with two blues isolated to a connector block.
    TIA

Have you got any test instruments ,to establish which are permanent live ?
Convention would be to put them in COM terminal ,but yours appear to be the other way around ,can't see clearly on your pic where 3rd brown comes from, it's out of focus.
