Tatoo dilema

Well I have booked in for a tatoo cover up today. One of the very best tatoo artsists will be working on my upper arm. I havent had one for years, when I asked after booking and paying my deposit how long it will take, he said aprox 6 hours. OMG I nearly collapsed, getting nervous as I cannot remember if it hurts. I asked is it going to be painful, his reply did not instill confidence or make me feell better. I might not attend now.

I have several tats.

I have had 4 removed via laser. That, is mega painful!!!!! Took several attempts. Really bad pain.

The 4 tats were done just after my parents passed away and as soon as i walked out of the tattoo parlour i knew i had made a mistake having those tats!

It was several years later that i began to get them removed.

The process was extremely painful but the result is that you would never know i had those 4 tats!

Well what the problem is, it has an old girlfriends name on it from when I was 18. My wife has always told me to get it taken off but never got round to it. I heard removal is worse than the tatoo, so I opted to get it covered over instead.
