2006 11:50 PM Reply <If you have three phases rated at 100 Amps each and a common neutral conductor.. How come all four cables are the same size ???? It would be realy cool if none of the about 10 peeps on this forum who I recon know the reason didn't answer. Start guessing > it DEPENDS WHO THE PEEPS ARE!
And note the recommendation that the neutral should be double the size. So the answer is laziness a cheapness. Mr. HandyAndy - really
If I had wanted to pass them as my own..... 1. I would not of headed the extract with "4.4. Power Quality" 2. I would of used word to reduce the number of words and sumerise the paragraph. 3. I didn't post the source cos there was another section in the artical that could of been used next monday...re volts drop .. however due to the recent cable price increases.. it may not of worked anyway. Scandalous... no !
If you have three phases rated at 100 Amps each and a common neutral conductor.. How come all four cables are the same size ???? Cause it's stated somewhere that all LIVE conductors within a muti-core stranded cable should be of the same csa! Can't be arsed to look up a Reg No' etc etc.
Sparkler Boy, I hope you've been drinking while you've been away? I'd hate to think you've a got a week or so's units to catch up on in one night! :O
