What a fantastic night of entertainment!:)
For the umpteenth time this years bookies favourite, "Sweden" romped home in first place.
Just goes to show that even in Eurovision land you still can't beat the bookie!
The UK came in 2nd:(!!
From the bottom that is:)!!
So we can and probably will actually do worse next year!
Well it's been one hell of a blast screw-fixers and the good news is that it's already just 364 days to the next Eurovision Song Contest!

Did not see or hear any of the songs in any of the umpteen programmes on telly about it.
The only bit I heard was about 10 seconds of the video you posted of the British entry, it was worse than absolutely dire and surprised it done so well.
I can now look forward to not seeing or hearing the eurovision again next year.
 
OMG what an amazing evening we all had. Well I was correct once again in naming the winner. But what a total shock with the UK entry. I was convinced it would be top 3 and possibly a chance of the top place. I was on the edge of my chair at the votes, then the telephone votes from accross the globe was in and it announced that we received 9 points!!!!!!! WHAT!!! 9 votes. Congratulations to Sweden a deserved win but terrible for Israel too as she should have been 2nd at the very least. I predicted Sweden to win then UK then Israel. Total shock this year. I don't know if I can take this again next year but although it wasnt political voting this year I do feel as though we were robbed!!!

Don't know, haven't seen anything, unless our banter has upset him and he's buried his head in the sand, but I don't think he's that sensitive :confused:

One of the few times that Greece and Cyprus haven't awarded each other maximum points!
Congrats on picking the winner song bright-spark it was a worthy winner me thinks.
We didn't fair do too bad in the jury vote - it was the peoples vote that sent us down to 2nd from bottom.
All is fair in love and war I guess.
Glad you enjoyed.
