    1. The Prize is the front catalogue drill from Screwfix’s current catalogue (Dewalt DCD778L2T-SFGB 18V 3.0AH LI-ION XR brushless cordless combi drill – code 8395V worth £149.99)


    2. Entry into the raffle costs £1 per raffle ticket. All funds raised will be donated to The Screwfix Foundation. Raffle tickets can only be purchased with cash and cannot be refunded. To purchase raffle tickets you must be aged 18 or older.


    3. The raffle runs from 29 September 2017 – 1 October 2017, during the Screwfix Live 2017 event. Entries can only be accepted in person at the Screwfix Foundation stand (stand number K17).


    4. The prize draw date is 2 October 2017. The Winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter. Winners will be notified by post, telephone or email no later than 2 weeks after the draw date. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost raffle tickets or where the winner cannot be identified from the details provided, or where the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided.


    5. Where the Promoter is unable to contact the winner, or the prize is unclaimed for 2 weeks following the raffle, the Promoter may draw a further winner.



    6. The Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash, credit or alternative prize will be given. The person named on the raffle ticket stub will be the only person entitled to the prize. The results of the raffle draw are final, and communication about them will not be entered in to.


    7. . Screwfix staff members and trustees and Directors of The Screwfix Foundation are not permitted to enter the raffle. By entering the raffle, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


    8. By entering the Raffle, all entrants agree to provide their personal data as set out on the application form. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and will be deleted 3 months after the winner has accepted their prize. The data will be kept securely and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Screwfix's privacy policy (found at www.screwfix.com/privacy). A list of the winner’s Christian names and county of residence is available from the Promoter.


    9. The Promoter is Matthew Smith, The Screwfix Foundation, Trade House, Mead Avenue, Yeovil BA22 8RT. Licensed by the Gambling Commission (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk) Licence number 43728. The Screwfix Foundation is a registered charity (Charity Number 1151375, Company Number 08415662). The Screwfix Foundation acts independently from Screwfix Direct Limited. Screwfix Direct Limited is donating the drill so all donations will go direct to the Screwfix Foundation, an independent charity.
