    The Screwfix Foundation Raffle Spring Raffle 2022

    1. There are 20 prizes as set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions. The first prize is a bundle of DeWalt tools up to the value of £2,000, chosen by the winner.

    2. Entry into the Spring raffle (the “Raffle”) is £1 per raffle ticket which can be purchased from any Screwfix Trade Counter in the UK (excludes Screwfix Trade Counters in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands). Your receipt will act as your Raffle ticket. All funds raised will be donated to The Screwfix Foundation.

    3. The closing date to purchase a Raffle ticket is at 23:59 on 31 May 2022. Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation to The Screwfix Foundation and the Raffle ticket(s) will not be entered into the draw. Raffle tickets can only be purchased with either cash, debit card or a personal credit card and cannot be refunded. To purchase a Raffle ticket, you must be aged 18 or older.

    4. The Raffle draw date is 6 June 2022. Winners will be drawn at random by the Promoter and drawn in prize order. The first prize awarded to the first Raffle ticket drawn, through to the last prize awarded to the last Raffle ticket drawn.

    5. Prizes may be subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider (if applicable).

    6. Winners will be notified by post, telephone, or email no later than 2 weeks after the draw date to arrange collection or delivery of their prize. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

    7. The Promoter accepts no liability for Raffle tickets, illegible or defaced entries, or where the winner cannot be identified, or contacted due to incorrect details being provided. The Promoter is not responsible for delays in the postal service, lost or damaged prizes.

    8. Where the Promoter is unable to contact a prize winner or the prize is unclaimed for 2 weeks following the Raffle, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a further winner for that prize or re-offer the prize in future raffles (at the Promoter’s sole discretion).

    9. The Promoter may, with the winner’s consent, publish the winner’s Christian name and home county, photographs, and footage of the winner with the Prize in future editions of its publications and on social media and its websites.

    10. Any images shown of prizes are for illustration purposes only.

    11. Prizes are subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash, credit or alternative prize will be given, except in the event of a prize being unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for another of equal or greater value. The person named on the raffle ticket or Screwfix account (as applicable) will be the only person entitled to receive the prize. The results of the Raffle draw are final, and discussions about them will not be entered in to.

    12. Trustees and Directors of The Screwfix Foundation are not permitted to enter the Raffle.

    13. For details of the winners’ Christian names and county of residence send a self-addressed envelope to The Screwfix Foundation, Trade House, Mead Avenue, Yeovil BA22 8RT within three months from the draw date.

    14. This Raffle is only open to residents of the UK (excluding residents of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands), aged 18 or over. By entering the Raffle, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

    15. By entering the Raffle, all entrants agree to provide their personal data as set out on the application form and such data shall be processed in accordance with the Screwfix Privacy Policy available at www.screwfix.com/privacypolicy, and used solely for the purposes of the Raffle.

    16. The Promoter is John Mewett at The Screwfix Foundation, Trade House, Mead Avenue, Yeovil BA22 8RT. Licensed by the Gambling Commission (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk) Licence number 43728. The Screwfix Foundation is a registered charity (Charity Number 1151375, Company Number 08415662). The Screwfix Foundation acts independently from Screwfix Direct Limited.
