Tile edges

    Am tiling a bathroom wall. Where the cut edges of the tiles meet a painted wall (see pictures), what options do I have for a neat edge? Reverse the tiles so the cut edge abuts the last tile (the tiles have bevelled edges); finish off with sealant on the cut edges; use some kind of trim? What would a professional do? Just want to make as good a job as possible. Thanks.

    Lots of stop trims available in various finishes and thickness. They usually go onto the wall and you tile over the back edge of them, basically rebated.
