We're getting a bathroom tiled with Slate effect tiles, 120 cm by 60 cm. Today we discovered that the floor width is not consistent and this is what the tile job looks like (please ignore the dust!) There is a narrow strip that gets wider towards the door. Does this look terrible? Any other way they could have done this? The rest of the tiles are stacked and aligned, it's this narrow strip that throws things off a bit. The toilet and vanity will be placed on the left wall.
Could of reduced the width of the full tile so you had a bigger cut that was more of a size of a third/quarter of a tile....which ever looks more aesthetically pleasing.
