Tired

Have had a go but have the level of admin and work to quote for them is just a massive time sink.
I don’t know I just feel stuck on a hamster wheel right now. Been doing 6/7 day weeks since January and am beginning to feel more and more burnt out.

I remember those times and also still have them…although they are a bit more in control (still have bad days)

Everyone’s circumstances are different and individual of course, but I’ve gone from stressing about jobs and going through every possible scenario of a job when lying in bed at night to not giving a ****. This doesn’t mean I don’t care about the job, the customers, or doing a proper job of course, but it’s more a case of not sweating the small stuff. At the end of the day (nice cliche) it’s all small change in the grand scheme of things, but on a personal level, it’s a big deal and I understand.

We all want to be hero’s at times, but it’s exceptionally difficult if you’re a one man band. I work on my own a fair bit and I’ll admit, that various forums do provide a bit of a life line (even though we end up talking about work) as it’s a way of talking through things and being around people who can also understand our line of work without off loading or boring the other half, if that’s relevant?

Don’t be alone, and continue to post. It’s not easy at times, but plenty of cohorts with this type of thing. ;)

Thank you @CGN .
