As you’ve now found out, there’s no after market service, no spares, no info, no service department, no nothing but, for the money, good value tools at least

Worth calling ‘Solent Tools’ - look them up online

They can sometimes match easily available spare parts from the bigger brands to a range of Titan tools and have Titan specs to hand - many parts from power tools are generic across the brands and simply supplied in a different colour but essentially the same part - worth a call at least, it’s likely to be your only option and I’ve found them very helpful on a number of occasions
