His testing of the RCD trip times, was most unusual.. Unfortunately BAS didn't like what happened in the thread, it was then removed/archived.. Although it may have been removed on the grounds of safety..;-)

But, AFAIR, based on a complete understanding of how RCDs work, and how they should respond, and a method which would have worked just fine (ignoring, also, issues of resistor and 'scope calibration)
