   Hello, we have a gas boiler and hot water tank. Water and heating are fine but the towel rails have stopped working. The control panel switches on but this doesn't fire up the boiler. Any suggestions?

   What control panel are you referring to ?
   Are your towel radiators powered electrically ,or part of the central heating system ?

   Never seen a towel rail controller that is connected directly to the boiler, please supply pictures and more information.
