Towel rail valve leaking

After recently re-pressurising my boiler because the bathroom towel rail was mostly cold, the rail heats up perfectly but the two valves at the bottom are now both leaking.

After doing a bit of online research, it seems that the valve is the type where it is not possible to just tighten the gland nut (photo attached, where you can see the drop of water forming). The nut seems fixed rather than something that can be screwed on or off.

Is there anything I can do, or do the valves just need to be replaced?

    Thanks, IMG_3009.JPG

The brass section should unscrew from chrome body, you might find you can strip brass part & replace ) ring, etc, but a lot of hassle, easier just to replace valves.

Thanks for that - I think I'll call a plumber in as full DIY replacement is a bit beyond my comfort zone.
