It's not a 'decision'. If it's based on clear evidence, then it's provable.

But surely as DA and me agree, and I am a officially classified by Team Bigot as non racist and non anti-semitic, by definition DA is now also officially now officially non racist and non anti-semitic. Pretty sure thats how it works.
