    Hi,

I'm currently renovating my house and extending. Considering underfloor heating throughout the downstairs apart from the living room as there will be a log burner and carpets. The rest of downstairs will be tiled. One room downstairs is a suspended timber floor which i have tongue and groove flooring over. the rest is concrete although they are the same level. My queries are:

    1. Can i use the same system to go over both the timber and concrete floor?
    2. What would be a rough price to supply and fit. The area is 48m2.

I've had a price off the plumber doing the rest of the project for £4k. £85/m2 seems high. I don't want to go and get prices from other plumbers.
