Understairs cupboard removal - supports query

Hello! I've had a good oggle at other posts on this forum but thought I'd port my own for any feedback. Today we've knocked through the cupboard under the stairs of our 1930s reno project. I wanted to create more space in our small hallway. We got rid of all the plaster and plaster support, and unveiled beams on the inside of the stairs. Not 100% sure if they are load bearing or not, so have removed the middle two and left the outer two for now, thinking about removing and seeing what happens, and putting them back in if necessary...my Dad's advice as a non qualified self taught builder. However I thought getting more advice on if this beam is load bearing or not would be a good shout... Any guidance appreciated!

If you remove that support you'll no doubt create flex in the stairs.

Support the outer edge with a C16/C24 75x75mm post, however I can honestly say (personal opinion) I don't know why you've done that because you'll end up with cupboards to store the meters in and that space will be a dumping ground for the likes of the hoover or whatever else and will look unsightly... at least before you had a designated storage area. You could of just tidied it up.
