Heyy, is it possible to level this old council house garden concrete, can i put slabs ontop or anything bare in mind the drain and water stopcock in the ground picture attached
If dynamite isn't an option you could consider: A) cleaning it up, remove weeds, lay thin paving over it, keeping access to the drain and stop cock, depends if the concrete is stable though, not sure if you can cement slabs on top of it B) some sort of screed over it, again it depends on the concrete stability C) dig the lot up and start with a clean sheet. These are just ideas, there are far more experienced people on here who will have far better suggestions. Dynamites good though, social distancing, no coppers about, wait till the next clapping event to let it off.
What about the gap between the floor and the garden door, will decking make it too high for the door??
Shape the decking accordingly, or remove bottom of door, to clear decking. Lay a damp membrane down first & start with kitchen plinth height as top of finished decking height. Then removable Trap door for drain ect.
